Soon after I started my career as SE I realised, without the correct culture and processes it is not possible to deliver quality and reach excellence.
While exercising the role of manager myself I learned that the era of Superheros is over; to create and develop a product which could solve a problem from this complex world, transparent and empathic collaboration and communication is needed; involving different and diverse perspectives.
Since some years now, I am proudly serving my teams and colleagues to establish a psychologically safe, healthy and performing environment by moderating and facilitating them in their inspect and adapt processes.
Having traveled since my childhood and worked with several remote international teams helped me to create a unique new method to address intercultural values within a team as part of my master study.
