I work and consult in digitalization in German healthcare. Therefore I work with hospitals, health insurances, industry and other consultants together.
There is a huge lack of innovation when it comes up to eHealth and healthcare-IT in the German healthcare system. Right now, innovation is "prescribed" by the German Ministry of health. In my projects I coach my partners to adopt agile work culture, to embrace the unknown and become (finally) really innovative.
