Agile-for-Hardware: A Case Study in a Chemical Plant

We implemented an adjusted version of Scrum to perform an engineering investigation on a misbehaving compressor in a chemical plant. This session unpacks the unique situational challenges that challenged traditional Agile and Scrum thinking, and how we overcame each of those. This session highlights some of the wins we had, and also showcases learnings (especially where our efforts did not work as well as we had hoped)
