Building Teams over 5 Dysfunctions of a Team (Based on Patrick Lencioni’s Book)

by Esin Altin

The session’s goal is to share a team-building method with scrum masters over a group exercise.

The method that will be used in this session is the method that has been structured based on Patrick Lencioni's famous book "Five Dysfunctions of a Team".

Lencioni says in the book; "Not finance. Not strategy. Not technology. It is teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage, both because it is so powerful and so rare.“

In this regard, the book offers not only a perspective but also offers a quite strong coaching method that uncovers the participants' expectations from a team they like to be in.

Additionally Required Software

No no need for any special software. The participants who are willing to join can be separated into the breakout room. Ideally, 8-10 people can practice the exercise.
