Experience with Remote Sprint Review Bazaar

by Robert Briese
The Review Bazaar is the most popular approach to run a Sprint Review with multiple teams. This approach brings together developers and customers and enables the most crucial part of any Sprint Review, learning about what is most important about the product to the customer and how the product should develop in the feature. Over the past year, I’ve been experimenting with a Remote Review Bazaar format that simulates the experience of an in-person Review Bazaar in a virtual environment. In this session, I would like to share my experience on how to best organize and run the different phases of a Sprint Review using the Remote Review Bazaar, how to best involve developers, customers, managers, and the PO, and what you should try to avoid.
